NADRA issues important update for Pakistanis living in Saudi Arabia

- NADRA to reopen its Medina office from July 12, 2026.

- Office operations resume after the end of Hajj-related restrictions.
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that its office in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, will officially resume operations from Sunday, July 12, 2026, following the conclusion of Hajj-related restrictions.
According to a NADRA spokesperson, services at the Madinah office were temporarily suspended during the Hajj season in compliance with directives issued by the Saudi authorities. With those restrictions now lifted, the office will resume providing all regular services.

The authority said that Pakistani nationals residing in Madinah and nearby areas will once again be able to access NADRA facilities, including identity card and other documentation services, from the scheduled reopening date.
It is worth noting that NADRA had temporarily closed the Madinah office on April 12, 2026, in line with instructions from the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah to facilitate Hajj arrangements. Following the completion of the pilgrimage season, the office is now set to resume normal operations.
