Security Forces Make Fresh Gains in Balochistan’s Operation Shaban, Says Mohsin Naqvi

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has commended Pakistan’s security forces for achieving fresh successes during the ongoing Operation Shaban in Balochistan, praising the coordinated efforts of the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan and police in the fight against terrorism.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Naqvi described the joint operation as a clear demonstration of professionalism, effective coordination and operational excellence, saying the security forces had achieved significant progress in their campaign against militant groups.

The interior minister said the nation deeply appreciated the decisive action taken against what he referred to as the “Fitna al-Hindustan” terrorist group, adding that the timely operations had successfully foiled the militants’ attempts to destabilize the country.
According to Naqvi, security forces eliminated four more militants during recent intelligence-based operations, calling the development another major success in Pakistan’s ongoing counterterrorism efforts.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to restoring peace, Naqvi said joint operations would continue without interruption until every terrorist was brought to justice and the threat of terrorism was completely eradicated.
“The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its brave security personnel in the fight against terrorism,” he said, stressing that lasting peace and stability in Balochistan remained a top national priority.
The interior minister also paid tribute to the sacrifices, courage and professionalism of the Pakistan Army, FC Balochistan and police, saying their unwavering dedication and coordinated efforts continue to play a vital role in protecting the country’s security and defeating terrorism.
