Pakistan Opens Registration for Hajj 2027 Pilgrims

- Registration for Hajj 2027 has officially started across Pakistan from June 22, 2026.

ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan has officially launched the registration process for citizens intending to perform Hajj in 2027, with applications opening from Monday, June 22, 2026.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, prospective pilgrims can complete their registration through the ministry’s online portal. Officials clarified that a passport is not required at the initial registration stage, making it easier for applicants to secure their eligibility for the upcoming pilgrimage.

However, the ministry emphasized that a valid passport will be mandatory at the time of Hajj booking. Applicants must ensure that their passport remains valid until at least November 16, 2027, to meet the required travel criteria.
The ministry further stated that only individuals who complete the advance registration process will be eligible to participate in the Hajj 2027 booking phase. Authorities have urged intending pilgrims to register early to avoid missing out on the opportunity.
Hajj bookings will be conducted under a first-come, first-served system, and applications will continue to be accepted until Pakistan’s allocated Hajj quota is fully utilized.
