She stated that the two women arrived in Islamabad on June 26, where they were received by Raza Dar. The following day, they travelled to Nathia Gali, while on June 28 they met potential investors. On June 29, Dar allegedly brought them to Lahore and took them to a relative’s house, where a birthday celebration for his aunt was taking place.
Stephanie alleged that while they were inside the house, four armed men entered, tied them up, assaulted them and subjected them to physical torture. She claimed the kidnappers initially demanded $200,000 in ransom, later increasing the demand to $700,000 and eventually $2 million.
According to the statement, the captors threatened to beat the women and even sell their organs if the ransom was not paid. She alleged that both victims were kept in separate rooms overnight and repeatedly tortured.

The victim further claimed that the kidnappers forced both women to send voice messages to their families demanding money. However, she managed to include a pre-arranged secret distress code in one of the messages, prompting her family to immediately alert law enforcement authorities.
Stephanie also alleged that $17,000 was transferred from her mobile phone to a cryptocurrency wallet allegedly controlled by Raza Dar and one of his associates. She further claimed that the kidnappers contacted her mother on July 1.
In her statement, Stephanie alleged that one of the captors attempted to rape her but stopped after she told him she was a virgin.
She told the court that on July 1 the kidnappers became less suspicious, untied her hands and later informed both women they would be released. According to her, Raza Dar later returned and allegedly said the money had been handed over to a person referred to as the “boss.”
The victim said some of their belongings were returned before their release, but electronic devices and jewellery were allegedly kept by the suspects.
Stephanie further alleged that while Raza Dar claimed he was taking them to the airport, his mobile phone location suggested a different route. She claimed he repeatedly shared their live location with a person he called “Boss” while driving unusually slowly.
During the journey, the vehicle collided with another car, allowing both women to escape and run into a nearby mechanic’s workshop. She said a traffic police officer initially reached the scene, while another police team later arrived, assured them they were investigating the same case and safely shifted the women to a police station.
The allegations contained in the victim’s statement form part of the ongoing investigation. Police are continuing their probe, while the accused will have the opportunity to respond to the allegations during the legal proceedings.
