Matric 2025 Position Holders Announced Across Punjab Districts

The educational boards across Punjab announced the position holders for the Matric Annual Examinations 2025 on Wednesday, celebrating exceptional academic performances by students from various districts. The announcements highlighted district-wise top scorers, with several students sharing positions due to close competition in marks. Across all boards, 19 students secured top positions in both Science and Arts groups, marking a highly competitive result season.

Multan

In Multan, Deputy Commissioner announced the results of 125,000 students who appeared in the exams. Haroon Hamid from Dunyapur secured the top position with 1,193 marks. Hussaina Fatima came second with 1,188 marks, while the third position was jointly held by Hafiza Asbha Fatima, Asbha Fatima, Merab Fatima, and Khadija, each scoring 1,187 marks.

Bahawalpur

The Bahawalpur Board named Tayyaba Amin from Chishtian as the first position holder with 1,185 marks. Abdullah Rashid from Haroonabad claimed second place with 1,182 marks, while Alizeh Liaquat from Chishtian secured third position with 1,181 marks. Out of 91,643 students, 80,491 appeared in the Science group and 11,152 in the Arts group.

Sargodha

In Sargodha, Marwa Sohail emerged as the top scorer with 1,187 marks. Muhammad Siraj Khan secured second position with 1,186 marks. The third position was jointly held by Muhammad Asad Javed, Muhammad Mubeen Arshad, Muneeb ur Rehman, and Ayesha Muskan from Bhakkar, each with 1,184 marks.

Faisalabad

According to the Faisalabad Board, Muhammad Muaaz Qamar topped the Matric exams with 1,189 marks. Maham Mumtaz from Painsra secured second place with 1,187 marks, while Merab Wark stood third with 1,186 marks. A prize distribution ceremony has been scheduled for tomorrow to honor the top achievers.

Sahiwal

Out of 71,789 students in Sahiwal, 48,680 passed the exams, recording a pass percentage of 67.81%. Muhammad Faizan Farid Asrar from Okara clinched the first position with 1,189 marks. Umme Roman secured second place with 1,187 marks, and Muhammad Faizan Chaudhry followed in third with 1,186 marks. The results were announced by Board Chairman Dr. Asif Tufail.

Gujranwala

In Gujranwala, female students dominated the merit list, securing seven of the top ten positions. Shafaat Rasool, Alisha Zaib, and Fatima shared the first position with 1,187 marks each. Muhammad Mohid and Muhammad Abdullah jointly held second place with 1,186 marks, while five students shared third position with 1,185 marks.
