Karachi Board Extends Matric Exams Registration Deadline with Final Submission Date Set for November 19
The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has once again extended the registration deadline for matric exam applications, providing a welcome relief for 9th-grade students preparing for the 2025 annual exams in science and general groups. This extension allows students additional time to register without incurring late fees, giving both regular and private candidates, including those from government schools, the opportunity to submit their forms before the deadline.
New Submission Period and Final Deadline
Acting Director of Examinations Zaheeruddin Bhutto announced that the final registration period will run from November 6, 2024, to November 19, 2024. Bhutto emphasized that this extension is the last, and no further delays will be permitted. The decision aligns with the province’s educational schedule, as the Karachi board’s matric exams for 2025 are set to begin in March. BISE Karachi urges students to complete their registration promptly to avoid any disruption in the exam schedule.
