Nadia Khan Questions Cosmetic Procedures, Cites Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif as Examples

Pakistani television host and actress Nadia Khan has voiced concerns about the growing trend of cosmetic procedures, claiming that excessive aesthetic treatments can sometimes alter a person’s natural appearance.

According to Nadia, many people considering cosmetic procedures fear that such treatments could negatively impact their facial features. She remarked that Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif are widely regarded among the most beautiful women in the world, yet she believes their natural appearance may have been affected after undergoing alleged cosmetic procedures.
“If such changes can happen to globally admired celebrities, then ordinary people naturally become concerned about the possible outcomes,” Nadia said during the discussion.
The actress further stated that, in some cases, facial features may not fully return to their original appearance following cosmetic treatments. She also raised questions about facial swelling and changes in facial structure, asking whether such conditions are commonly referred to as “pillow face.”
Responding to her remarks, an aesthetic expert present on the program explained that fillers are not required in every area of the face and that excessive use can significantly alter natural facial proportions.
The expert noted that adding fillers to multiple areas may cause facial features to appear enlarged or unnatural. He further explained that issues such as facial looseness or swelling cannot always be fully corrected through fillers alone and that overuse may lead to noticeable changes in facial structure and overall appearance.
