Non-Management Positions
Descon is hiring for several non-management roles, including Fabricators, Mechanical Fitters, Assistant Fitters, Riggers, Fire/Hot Watchers, Instrument Technicians, Electricians, Scaffolders, Carpenters, Millwright Technicians, Drivers (HTV and LTV), and Operators for cranes, forklifts, and heavy vehicles. Candidates aged 21-45 with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Specific skills and certifications, such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or OSHA, may be required for certain positions.

These roles require candidates with substantial experience, often ranging from 5-14 years, in shutdown execution, project management, and plant maintenance. Daily compensation varies from AED 150 to AED 500, depending on the position and level of experience.
