Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Murree on Friday for an important meeting with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to discuss the country’s political landscape and the party’s future course.
According to informed sources, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, and several senior PML-N leaders are also expected to participate in the high-level consultation.

The meeting is expected to focus on the overall political situation in the country, key national issues, governance matters, and the party’s strategic planning in the coming months.
Sources said the participants will also review the evolving political situation in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, with particular attention on the AJK Legislative Assembly elections scheduled for July 27. The party’s electoral strategy and related political developments are likely to be discussed in detail.
Following the conclusion of the meetings, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to return to Islamabad on Sunday.
