An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has declared Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, the sisters of PTI founder Imran Khan, as proclaimed offenders in connection with the October 4 protest case.
During the hearing, the court issued permanent arrest warrants for both Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan after police informed the court that the legal process required to declare them proclaimed offenders had been completed.

The court also directed authorities to submit details of the properties owned by Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan as part of the ongoing proceedings.
The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra, who declared the two sisters proclaimed offenders after reviewing the police report.
According to the case record, the FIR against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan is registered at Kohsar Police Station in Islamabad. The case relates to the October 4 protest, and legal proceedings will continue in accordance with the court’s directions.
