Nisar Ahmad (Urdu: نثار احمد کھوڑو) was born in Rawalpindi in the family of Rajputs. His father’s name is Naseer Ahmad. Their family made great contributions for religion and transportation after partition.

Nisar Ahmad got his primary education from Five Stars Secondary School RWP, he matriculated to the RWP Board. Then he joined Govt. Asghar Mall College for Secondary Education. There he joined the Pakistan Peoples Student Federation.
