Latest Gold Price in Pakistan Sees Sharp Rs3,000 Drop Amid Global Market Dip

Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant decline for the second consecutive day, reflecting trends in the international market. On Wednesday, the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped sharply by Rs3,000, bringing the new rate down to Rs356,000. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs2,572, settling at Rs305,212. For 22-karat gold, the 10-gram rate also declined by Rs2,358, now priced at Rs279,787.
The downturn aligns with global market movement, where the price of gold per ounce decreased by $30, reaching $3,335 from the previous $3,365. Silver, on the other hand, remained steady in both local and international markets.

In Pakistan, the price of a tola of 24-karat silver stayed unchanged at Rs4,014, while 10 grams of silver remained fixed at Rs3,441. Internationally, silver held firm at $38.30 per ounce.
