Indictment of KP CM Gandapur Scheduled for July 17 in Audio Leak Case

The Additional District and Sessions Court in Islamabad has scheduled July 17 as the date for the indictment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur in connection with an audio leak case.
Presiding over the hearing, Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr-um-Minallah took up the matter registered at Golra Police Station. During proceedings, Gandapur’s legal representative, Raja Zahoorul Hasan, informed the court that the Peshawar High Court had granted protective bail to the chief minister.

In light of the development, the court canceled previously issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Gandapur and ordered that charges be formally framed on the next hearing date.
The case involves an alleged leaked audio recording implicating the K-P chief minister in undisclosed matters, the content and authenticity of which remain under legal scrutiny. The upcoming indictment could mark a significant turning point in the legal proceedings against one of the province’s highest elected officials.
