Case Registered Against YouTuber Nadeem Naniwala In Lahore

A criminal case has been registered against well-known YouTuber Nadeem Mubarak, widely recognized as Nadeem Naniwala, at Lahore’s Defence C Police Station following a complaint filed by a traffic police officer.

According to the First Information Report (FIR), the complaint was submitted by traffic police officer Fahadur Rehman. The case has been registered under legal provisions related to negligent and reckless driving, as well as obstructing government officials from performing their duties.
The FIR alleges that traffic police officials attempted to stop a vehicle that was reportedly unregistered and fitted with tinted windows. However, instead of complying with the instructions, the driver allegedly drove away from the scene and entered a one-way road.
According to the complaint, traffic police officers then pursued the vehicle. During the chase, the driver allegedly attempted to hit the police vehicle, further escalating the situation.
The FIR states that the vehicle was later parked at a residence located in Defence Phase 7. Police allege that even after reaching the residence, the accused continued to threaten the traffic officials who were performing their duties.
Authorities identified the accused as Nadeem Mubarak, son of Mubarak Ali. The FIR further alleges that he threatened an on-duty traffic police officer during the incident.
The complainant has requested that legal proceedings be initiated against the accused in accordance with the law. Police have confirmed that an investigation into the matter is ongoing.
No public response from Nadeem Mubarak regarding the allegations had been reported at the time of filing this report.
