The Abu Dhabi T10 Points Table will follow the standard ICC T20 system, where each team is awarded 2 points for a win during the group stages. In case of a tie or no result during the group stage, both teams will receive 1 point each. The table will display each team’s matches played (M), wins (W), losses (L), ties (T), no results (NR), points (P), and net run rate (NRR) after every match.
Points System:
- Win: 2 points
- No Result or Tied: 1 point
- Loss: 0 points
In case teams are tied on points, the Net Run Rate (NRR) will be used to determine their rankings on the points table.
Tournament Format:
The Abu Dhabi T10 League follows an exciting and straightforward tournament structure to ensure competitive and thrilling gameplay:
- Round-Robin Format:
Each team competes against all other teams once in the group stage, completing 5 matches per team. This round-robin format ensures a fair and comprehensive battle among all participating franchises. - Qualification for Playoffs:
The top four teams on the points table at the end of the group stage will advance to the playoffs, based on their performance. - Playoff Structure:
- The playoffs consist of two intense semi-finals, where the top four teams face off for a spot in the final.
- The winners of the semi-finals will then advance to the highly anticipated final, where they will compete for the Abu Dhabi T10 League title.
